If a team member hasn’t received the user invitation email or if the link in the email has expired, you can resend this email easily! Simply find their profile page, click on the ‘Preferences’ tab and scroll down to Email History…
You should be able to see the invitation email here, simply press the blue ‘Resend Email’ button to send it again.
