If you have items in your service catalogue, you can use these as ‘pre-fills’ when creating a new quote or invoice. (Click here to learn how to add to your service catalogue).
On a new invoice / quote page, add a line item:
Under the line item name, click the ‘Select from Catalogue’ button:
Then choose your catalogue item. It will then automatically populate that line item.
