Servu ‘Professional’ plan users can toggle the ability to allow custom line item tax rates!
To enable this feature, first go to Settings, then click on the ‘Invoicing & Quoting’ tab. Then open up the ‘Tax Rate Templates’ drop down box.
From here you can toggle the ability to allow custom line item tax rates. Be sure to add another tax rate so you have an alternative rate to choose from.
Click save to make your changes.
Then, in a Credit, Quote, Invoice or Purchase, you should see a settings cog icon to the left of the line item:
If you click on this icon, a pop-up window appears, from here you can alter the tax rate for this specific line item:
