# How do I use my service catalogue in Quotes and Invoices?

If you have items in your service catalogue, you can use these as 'pre-fills' when creating a new quote or invoice. ([Click here to learn how to add to your service catalogue](https://support.servu.co.uk/kb/how-do-i-add-an-item-to-my-service-catalogue/)).

On a new invoice / quote page, add a line item:

Then choose your catalogue item. It will then automatically populate that line item.
