# How do I add a new job category?

Adding a new job category on Servu is easy. Simply click on 'Settings' on the left-hand side menu, then click on the Jobs & Forms tab. And then open up the Job Categories drop down:

Click the green 'Add New' button, and enter a category name, a default job time, and if you have any forms setup, you can force a form to be required for jobs in this category to be marked as complete.

Once you have added your new category, click the 'Save' button.
